  There is a being from the faerie plane flitting about placing things on
shelves and moving other things to new locations.  This seems to be a shop
dedicated to selling things for use in spell casting.  Unfortunately the
proprietor seems inclined to overcharge for his items, claiming that they
are quite rare and therefore costly.
A magical being of energy hovers above the floor silently.
