NPC: An intermediate artificer
Long Desc: A fey sits with his back to the wall, fastening reality together.

Artificers are a nuanced and subtle breed, and isolationists for the most
part.  Their craft fortunately allows them to construct the setting in which
they may choose to hide themselves, and this artificer is no different.
Although he sequesters himself deep underground, others are near by, in case
one of them wants company.  He sits here, working against the forces of
entropy, slowly fixing the decay of the underside of the Faerie Plane, where
the Matrix generator is too weak to sufficiently hold.
She is a fey approximately 4'9" tall.
