Long Desc: A restaurant patron sits here waiting for their meal to be served.

This tidy little dwarf sits here waiting patiently for the waitress to
return with their meal.  The Blue Velvet has a fine menu and the meal is
well worth the wait from all accounts.  Nibbling on a breadstick, it is
clear that this patron is looking forward to their meal.
It is a dwarf approximately 4'5" tall.
