This high-class eatery is patronized by many of New Rigel's affluent
visitors.  Like the rest of the inn, the restaurant is decorated entirely in
blue velvet, down to the napkins and tablecloths.  Since it is open 24
hours, some people choose to visit the restaurant at odd times of day to
avoid waiting for a table.
