NPC: A pigeon
Long Desc: A pigeon is eating scraps of food dropped by a passing tourist.

This large grey bird is fluttering around the area, looking for food to
eat.  It coos contentedly upon finding a crust of bread, and begins pecking
at its meal.  While the tourists often amuse themselves by feeding the
pigeons, most residents see the birds as a nuisance.  Because pigeons are so
used to living in cities, they have little fear of people and are always
getting in the way.
She is a bird approximately 1'6" tall.
