NPC: Cryos, the ice sculptor
Long Desc: Cryos, the ice sculptor is here chipping away at a block of ice.

Once known throughout the city for his beautiful artwork, Cryos now lives
here in self-imposed seclusion.  Though his immense body is permanently
stooped from years in a cramped confine, his eyes still possess the fire of
an artist.  His meaty fingers handle delicate ice carving tools with amazing
and precise skill, the most formidable of which is his ability to capture
likenesses.
He is a giant approximately 24'1" tall.
