NPC: A townsman of New Rigel
Long Desc: A townsman walks down the street doing his daily work.

This happy citizen of New Rigel whistles merrily, on his way to another
day of work.  The city has a thriving middle class of workers that are
dedicated to their jobs, and as a result can make enough to live
comfortably.  Although he could be doing a variety of other things, this
resident knows that going to work will help him support his family.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
