NPC: A bullywug
Long Desc: A small humanoid with slimy skin and webbed feet is here.

Although this creature is attempting to hide in the darkness of the area,
a horrible odor reveals its location.  The bullywug has smooth green skin
that is covered with the slime that oozes out of the many open wounds all
over its body.  The webbing on its feet suggest that the bullywug may have
orginally lived in the ocean, but somehow it has apparently come to reside
here in Hellbent Mountain.  It seems to be a rather devious beast, and will
probably try to outsmart you in battle.
It is a bullywug approximately 5'5" tall.
