NPC: A frightening neogi
Long Desc: A frightening neogi is here, creeping through the shadows.

This strange creature has slimy black skin, and a few tentacles are
flailing around out of the top of its head.  The neogi's tail whips around
furiously in anticipation of its next hunt.  As it raises its body off the
ground, you notice that its belly is completely transparent, giving you full
view of its innards.  You struggle not to be sick as the monster lunges
towards you.
It is a neogi approximately 5'6" tall.
