NPC: A beckoning will o'wisp
Long Desc: A floating ball of light is here beckoning you to the east.

The will o'wisp is a malevolent entity that has made its home in the
underground bog.  It subsists by luring unsuspecting creatures to their
deaths amid the natural hazards of the bog and feeding on the energies which
their death struggles release.  The will o'wisp appears as a faintly glowing
ball of light.  It seems to be able to alter its color shape and size to
some extent and even looks like a lantern from a distance.
It is a mist approximately 49'1" tall.
