NPC: Nosferatu
Long Desc: A floating vampiric form hovers silently above you.

You shudder in horror as you look upon Nosferatu.  No handsome, charming
rogue in a silk cape like in the ancient legends, this vampire is a hideous
monstrosity.  His pale skin has a faint greenish tint to it like the sheen
on rotting meat, while his lips strain to cover a mouthful of sharp pointed
teeth.  With a kind of macabre fascination you notice the remains of his
last meal stuck between two of these filthy projections.  Apparently
vampires don't floss.
He is a vampire approximately 5'7" tall.
