NPC: A shadow elf thief
Long Desc: A dark clothed elf lurks in the darkness, poised to attack a target.

This tall dark skinned elf is dressed in a long black cloak.  Its eyes,
solely, gleam in the shadow provided by its shawl.  Besides moving
completely silently, this hiding creature can't be seen unless looked at
directly.  Such camoflauge comes with years of experience.  This elf can't
be anything less than malicious.
She is a shadow-elf approximately 5'6" tall.
