Undya's face. "This makes my blood boil! I have a plan to show those
doubters that I am the fair, but strict ruler of Xaventry. I want you to
help me upgrade my courts. Also, I have located several renegade thieves
who must be brought to justice. I give you a writ of law to find and
execute them in the name of Lady Undya. May Maradas speed you!"
