NPC: A training assassin
Long Desc: An assassin is here, training some neophytes and initiates.

This assassin is a dark and sinister man, aging, yet still capable of
fierce combat.  He has been training in the guild for many years and his
black cloak and armor shows signs of wear and tear.  He still has the
original sword he used when he first joined the guild.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
