NPC: A blue-footed booby
Long Desc: A strange bird with bright blue feet flaps around here.

This strange bird has a medium-sized wingspan, about four feet wide.  The
booby has pretty blue webbed feet, soft brown feathers, and a long beak.
You wonder how it expects to find fish to eat way up here on the mountain.
It probably belongs to a flock, but seems to have gotten lost.  As the booby
sits there watching you approach with your weapon raised, you realize that
it must not be very intelligent.
He is a bird approximately 1'7" tall.
