NPC: A brainwashed wizard

This is one of the more powerful wizards of Alyria.  Once devoted to the
forces of good, after his wife died he lost his faith in the world.  The
Dark Power's minions captured him and brainwashed him into fighting against
the good he once stood for.  He stands before you now with a glazed look in
his eyes, never focusing for long on anything.  His robes are a tattered
black and he looks as though he hasn't taken care of himself in quite a
while.
He is a half-elf approximately 5'2" tall.
