NPC: A giant frost spider
Long Desc: A brilliantly blue, giant spider with a star-pattern on its back scuttles about here.

This appears to be a frost spider, well-known for its brilliant blue
shell and white star pattern.  The very air about the spider feels colder,
and you remember from lore that the spider's innards act as a bitterly cold
refrigeration device.  The spider is able to project its saliva, something
akin to liquid nitrogen, at its foes.
She is a arachnid approximately 1'6" tall.
