NPC: Rabies
Long Desc: Rabies is here, selling trained animals.

Rabies is the city's animal trainer and pet shop owner.  He has been
nicknamed Rabies due to the numerous times he's been bitten by his animals.
Regardless of his apparently gruff nature, you realize he's quite caring for
his animals, as they display a great amount of affection for him.  Only the
wild ones still display any sort of animosity towards him.
He is a half-elf approximately 5'1" tall.
