NPC: A Winton winemaker
Long Desc: A man in wine-stained clothes is here, watching over the current batch.

Tall and thin, this rustic-looking individual wears a set of heavy
coveralls with a once-white shirt underneath.  Due to his line of work,
though, that shirt is now stained with the wine he makes, as well as the
fruits that go into it.  His hair is tied under a net to ensure quality
control for his product, and his green eyes show incredible intensity as he
works his hands through the future wine of Winton.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
