The Winton Winery contains an enormous stomping basin where the vintners
can smash the juice out of grapes and other potential wine bases.  Beyond
that, there are many carboys and fermentation buckets, as well as an
assortment of airlocking mechanisms and corking utilities.  All around are
racks with bottles both aging and waiting to be filled.  To the northwest is
the mayor's chamber.
