NPC: The falcon
Long Desc: A falcon is here.

This grand little bird sits stoically, watching you intently.  He appears
quite intelligent, and responds to your commands with wide, blinking eyes.
He preens himself carefully, stretching his wings occasionally.  They
measure about 4 feet, tip to tip.  His talons, a full 3/4 inch long, could
impale most hides.  Perhaps you should purchase some falconner's gloves to
avoid getting pierced yourself.
She is a bird approximately 1'5" tall.
