NPC: The keeper of the Vilrette
Long Desc: A pale, shrouded woman drifts about, watching over the Vilrette.

This young woman devoted her life to the study of all that is death.  Her
truly gothic appearance starts with the matte-black garments she wears,
which fit tightly around her waist, but flare out towards the shoulders.
The lower portion is a dark, roughly made dress, which drags on the floor as
she moves.  Her pale skin shows that she rarely makes it outdoors.  The veil
she wears limits any view of her face, though what expression is visible
seems to be solemn and nonviolent.
She is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
