This dark, smoke-filled chamber is the seat of the Vilrette tribe, who
deal with all matters of death and religion.  Incense is constantly burning,
leaving a heavy, musty smell in the air.  Gothic artwork covers the walls of
the circular chamber.  Some of it is strange, dark architecture, though
paintings and sculpture are mixed in.  There is a small staircase in the far
back of the room, but it is guarded by two men wearing all black.  To the
northeast is the chamber of the S'Gionna.
