This is the massive seat of the S'Goinnan officials.  The large circular
room contains emblems reminiscent of their coat of arms.  Lightning, fire,
earth and water, all of the earthly symbols of power adorn the walls.  A
large portion of this chamber is devoted to sleeping space, as this is the
area which every member of the tribe is offered to sleep.  The large
forum-like room is used by all for celebrations, hunting rallies, and
discussions of trade rights.  As the tribe of power, they have the largest
meeting hall, though the subordinate halls of the Vilrette and Thevan tribes
can be found to the north and southwest.
