Effectively the courtroom of Mulakan society, this room is also home to
most of the tribe.  The entire west side has been carved into something like
a honeycomb, so that there is enough space for everyone to sleep.  The dust
of the excavation still covers the floor of this circular chamber, and with
no trial happening, it is noisy with the conversation of the tribespeople. 
During times of lawmaking, the entire tribe gathers here to hear the bills
being considered by the officials.  The Thevan coat of arms hangs from the
northern wall, where the judge sits at trial, and to the southeast is a
larger tribal chamber.
