Long Desc: Trader Edgar calmly stands here behind the counter.

Edgar acts prim and proper, but looks rather silly.  A rich blue suit is
fitted over his stocky dwarf build.  He sits on a tall stool exposing his
fine dragon leather shoes to anyone who wishes to take notice.  He keeps a
constant smug smirk on his face, confident in himself and in his goods.
He is a dwarf approximately 4'7" tall.
