NPC: A curious chipmunk
Long Desc: A curious chipmunk is here, climbing a tree trunk.

This little cute critter is scurrying around the base of a tree
collecting nuts for the long winter months.  It's fur is a reddish color
with two thin white strips that run for the top of his head to it's tail.
The chipmunk chirps a few little rodent sounds and sprints around to the
other side of the tree still looking for nuts.
It is a rodent approximately 1'6" tall.
