NPC: The bank president
Long Desc: The bank president goes over last year's balance sheet.

The scrawny man sitting behind the desk is concentrating on his paperwork,
and doesn't notice as you slip into the room.  While the bank president's
office is designed to reassure the customers, you can tell that he is
worried about something.  He scratches his head as he reviews the figures
from last year, trying to understand why the bank has been having financial
problems.  You suspect that the trouble is due to the fact that visitors to
the city are unlikely to open accounts here, and simply withdraw funds from
their banks at home.   The bank president is a professional with the
Bankers Guild, and will act as an intermediary during adventurers' trades.
