This tired looking man looks happy to have some time off.  His clothes
are informal, but ironed.  He wears no medals or identification, as he is
sleeping or ready to sleep.  His wings are folded up comfortably, covering
his folded knees.  His hat lies beside him on his bed.  It would be better
not to wake a sleeping guard.
He is a fey approximately 4'8" tall.
