NPC: An overworked patrol guard
Long Desc: A middle-aged fey catches a quick breather before going back on patrol.

Though diligent while on duty, this patrol has no qualms about sneaking
in a quick breather before he has to go on another patrol.  His boots
untied, and his uniform loosened, he catches a quick catnap hoping not to
run into the Captain.  If you leave quietly you won't disturb him.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
