Long Desc: A massive fey wearing black robes is here waiting for his next victim.
In the deepest, darkest, depths of the prison, you will find the
executioner. Traitors are sent to him after sentencing commences, and he
rectifies the problem. He is a massive fey. Quite muscular, he wields the
most powerful of weapons. A juggernaut of sorts you don't want to try to
tango with this bad man.
He is a fey approximately 4'8" tall.
