NPC: A captured sidhe double-agent
Long Desc: A battered and bruised sidhe is here preparing an escape from his cell.

This small sidhe used to be a nice man.  Now he is hardened from the many
years of torture and captivity.  He has a long straggly beard that is
unkempt, and his cheeks are protruding from his face because of
malnutrition.  He is in terrible shape and needs a good meal and rest as
soon as possible.  Perhaps he should have thought twice before betraying his
race.
It is a sidhe approximately 6'0" tall.
