NPC: An ogre prisoner
Long Desc: An ogre prisoner is here, chained to the wall.

The ogre prisoner has not eaten anything for many days and looks like he
may be carrying some form of plague.  He's wearing the garb of an adventurer
and his hair and fingernails aren't overgrown yet so you suspect he's been
recently captured.  This makes you wonder if trespassers are chained up and
simply left to starve.
He is a ogre approximately 6'1" tall.
