NPC: A tortured drow prisoner
Long Desc: A drow prisoner is here, chained to the wall.

This drow chained to the wall appears to be in agonizing pain, probably
due to torture at the hands of its captors.  The burn marks on his chest and
swollen joints support this theory.  Even if it were released and given
immediate medical attention it would never regain its former health and you
feel the kindest thing to do would be to put this pathetic drow out of its
misery.
He is a drow approximately 4'7" tall.
