NPC: Tinia, the Queen's pet dragon
Long Desc: The Queen's pet dragon preens itself here.

Thousands of glistening scales cover the hide of this small dragon.  Each
scale is proportionate to the size of the dragon.  Shades of emerald green
seem to fade into a deep blue in a matter of seconds and then switch back
just as quickly.  Ivory white teeth protrude out of the dragons mouth in a
murderous smile.  The Queen of the Dracons picks her pets well.
It is a dragon approximately 9'1" tall.
