Long Desc: A dracon dressed in robes decorated with flames mumbles an incantation over his brazier.

A flowing red robe embroidered with flames and silver runes of protection
adorn this powerfully old mage.  His wings have been folded back and
tattoos of power glisten with each breath he takes.  Charged with council
in matters of the magical arts to the queen, he brings wisdom that most
cannot offer.
He is a dracon approximately 4'1" tall.
