Always in the shadows behind the queen, Anthas is the advisor on matters
of the city.  Arranging the every day audiences sought by commoners, to the
extravagant balls and ceremonies the castle entertains he is constantly at
the beckon of the queen.  The economic stability and trade with neighboring
cities is all approved through his calculating gaze.  Perhaps there is more
to him than just that charming smile he always has.
