NPC: A dedicated city guard
Long Desc: A city guard keeps a lookout over the land for intruders.

The city guard is a strong burly sort of gent.  He has strong muscular
arms and legs that seem to be made of stone.  He is a dedicated soldier who
puts the needs and welfare of the city above his own.  He would give his
life for the city if called to do so.
He is a ogre approximately 6'1" tall.

This mob is required by the following quests:
- Guard Gab! (40-59) from Lord Agrippa.
- Invading Kells! (180-241) from Lord Vashir.
