NPC: A portly librarian
Long Desc: A portly librarian peers at you over his monocle.

Disturbed by your noisy entrance, the librarian looks at you over his
monocle, frowns, and asks, "Could you possibly make any MORE noise?  This is
a library, after all.  Some of us are studying!  If you can't be any
quieter, I'm going to have to ask you to leave."  After this declaration, he
returns to reading his book, muttering under his breath about inconsiderate
adventurers.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
