NPC: A young minotaur shelter worker
Long Desc: A young minotaur shelter worker bumbles about, cleaning up the kennels.

This surly minotaur youth pays you little attention as you enter.  He is
sweeping the floor with reckless abandon, muttering something under his
breath about the animals that surround him.  Why he chose a job in this
shelter when he apparently cant stand cats escapes you.  Maybe that's why he
keeps mostly to the kennels.  Cats, cats are creepy, he mutters.  Unlike
dogs, which are perfectly normal animals.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'1" tall.
