Kennels line the walls of this part of the shelter, resembling a line of
tiny terrace houses.  Each, effectively, has its own "yard" caged off with
chicken wire; dogs scamper about enjoying the limited free space they
possess.  The noise in this area is substantially louder than in the rest of
the shelter, you cover your ears as one of the bigger, burlier dogs barks at
for they jump up against the wire as you pass them.
