NPC: A growling, muzzled dog
Long Desc: A muzzled dog growls at visitors from its kennel.

This dog cannot stop growling, but at least it is not barking, for the
tight muzzle on its face prevents it from doing so freely.  Perhaps it is
angry at something.  Perhaps it is angry at its previous owner who left it
to fend for itself in the streets.  Or maybe it is just angry at all the
bored, nothing-better-to-do locals who felt it fitting to abuse it in its
predicament.  Whatever the reason, this dog growls through its muzzle and
glares at visitors who pass its way.
It is a domestic dog approximately 3'5" tall.
