NPC: A rehabilitated stray dog
Long Desc: A rehabilitated stray dog sits in its kennel, placidly glancing at visitors.

This dog has been taken by animal shelter workers off of the streets
where it once wandered about desperately seeking food, attacking passerbys,
and barking incessantly.  The shelter, having judged it not beyond hope, has
attempted to rehabilitate it.  Perhaps some peasant or even a middle class
merchant might care to put it up for adoption and give it a new life.
It is a domestic dog approximately 3'5" tall.
