Long Desc: A small child plays quietly with a yo-yo.

In the middle of the streets, small children can be seen playing.  They
look up at you with a cheerful grin as you pass them.  You wonder if their
innocence keeps them oblivious to the peril around them, or if they feel so
secure within their hometown that they can play without fear.  The child can
often be seen carrying a yo-yo, and looks to know how to use it
proficiently, as is evident with the tricks the do with them.
She is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
