NPC: A ghostly figure
Long Desc: A ghostly figure is here, playing a haunting tune on the organ.

This lost spirit was probably once a pianist when it walked amoung the
living.  Now, it sits at its organ all day and plays very eerie music that
sets the scene of this wicked mansion.  You stop a while to listen to his
deathly music and try to appreciate the evil overtones in the minor chords
that it keeps playing over and over.
It is a ghost approximately 5'5" tall.
