Long Desc: Lena, the head maid of the mansion, is here.

Lena was the head of the Winterborn Mansion maid staff, but now she is
the only one left.  She has been cursed to remain in the mansion for all
times, and because she has no help, it is an impossible task to keep the
entire mansion clean.  However, because she's such a nice person, she
happily goes about cleaning this place, hoping that one day it will be
sparkling clean and she can finally end the curse that holds her here.
She is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
