NPC: A spitting snake
Long Desc: You see a snake slithering through the grass alongside the path.

The slithering snake loves to zig-zag back and forth through the blades
of grass near your feet.  Its bite is very poisonous and it can spit venom
into your eyes.  The snake continues on its path ignoring you completely,
and it probably would be very wise not to intentionally draw its attention.
It is a snake approximately 1'6" tall.
