NPC: A shadow elf
Long Desc: A shadow elf is here, moving silently among the shadows.

The shadow elf moves very silently through the boggs.  As an outcast to
the elven society, shadow elves often stay in the less pleasant forests of
the world, the swamps.  Its dark skin and agile movements depict a being
that is very quick in senses.  By the time you turn to look at the elf
again, it has dissapeared behind a shadow of a tall tree.
He is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.
