Long Desc: A kobold soldier stands here eyeing you suspiciously.

The kobold is a red humanoid that is smaller than a goblin.  It wears an
ill-fitted uniform that is made from a roughly woven material.  Small
colored strips of cloth hang from its chest.  These strips probably
represent either rank or force within the kobold armies.  Kobolds are not
known for their personal strength but their numbers during battles between
armies and their cowardice in one on one combat.
He is a kobold approximately 5'5" tall.
