Adventurer, please listen to my concern. I have hear reports that the
kobolds and feys deep in the Catacombs of Shame are conspiring against me.
Details indicate the kobold captain and fey commander are the brains of the
operation. I fear they are gathering strength hidden away in the catacombs
away from unseen eyes. Our local defenses are spread too thin to properly
deal with this situation. After removing these key figures in this
"rebellion", destroy the signs of any remaining threat. Be safe and report
back to me once the task is complete.
